“Michissippi Mick” Kolassa was born in and has returned to Michigan but did live in Mississippi & Memphis for nearly 30 years, where he was given his nickname. He has performed the blues in legendary venues and numerous festivals across North America and Europe with both his solo & duo acoustic formats, as well as with his full bands.
